Welcome to GleqAI Private Limited ("Services"). By accessing, registering, or using our multi-agent workspace, specialized AI assistants, virtual wallet system, and our official website https://gleq.ai(collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and GleqAI Private Limited. If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, you must immediately cease all access and use of our Services.

To access and use our workspace and AI agents, you must comply with the following account rules:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s explicit permission and supervision.
• Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Credentials Protection: You may not share your account credentials or make your workspace available to anyone else. You are solely responsible for all activities, token consumption, and wallet deductions that occur under your registered account.

GleqAI Private Limited provides an interactive ecosystem via gleq.aiwhere users can create "Projects" and engage with various domain-specific AI agents (e.g., AI Lawyer, AI Doctor, AI Full Stack Developer).

Conversations within a specific project automatically archive into a unified stream to allow seamless multi-agent collaboration. We reserve the absolute right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any specific AI agent, model routing, or platform feature at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

To interact with our specialized AI agents, you must fund your virtual wallet on the Platform by purchasing credits. By initiating a purchase, you agree to the following financial terms:

• Payment Processing via Razorpay: All wallet top-ups, transaction cycles, and credit purchases are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay. GleqAI Private Limited does not directly collect or store your credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials.
• Dynamic Consumption: Credits are deducted in real-time based on the exact input/output complexity of your requests, including but not limited to text tokens parsed, AI image generation, video rendering, or deep document scanning.
• Lifetime Validity: Unused credits in your wallet **never expire**. They will remain available in your account profile for a lifetime, allowing you to utilize them whenever you choose to resume your workspace projects.
• Standard No-Refund Policy: Except as explicitly provided below, all credit purchases made via Razorpay are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
• Refund Eligibility & Exceptions: Refunds will **only** be considered in explicit cases of duplicate transactions caused by payment gateway glitches, or platform-side technical failures where a payment succeeded at Razorpay's end but credits failed to attach to the user's wallet.
• 7-Day Request Window: To claim a valid refund under the eligibility exceptions mentioned above, you must submit an official request to our support team at support@gleq.ai within **7 calendar days** from the date of the transaction. Any requests made after 7 days will be strictly rejected. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within the standard timeline specified by Razorpay.

Our policy regarding inputs and outputs aligns with standard AI infrastructure parameters:

• Your Content: You may provide input (text, images, videos, documents) and receive output from our agents. You retain all ownership rights in your Input and own the resulting Output to the extent permitted by law.
• Similarity of Content: Due to the probabilistic nature of artificial intelligence and machine learning, outputs may not be unique across different users. Other users may ask similar queries and receive identical or similar outputs, and your ownership does not restrict their rights.
• Our Use of Content: We may use your inputs and outputs to maintain, secure, and improve our services, optimize prompt routing, and comply with applicable laws.

Our Services feature domain-specific personas including, but not limited to, an AI Lawyer, AI Doctor, and AI Full Stack Developer. GleqAI Private Limited does not provide actual legal, medical, financial, or engineering advice.

• No Substitute for Professionals: Output may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable. You should not rely on outputs from our agents as a sole source of truth, or as a substitute for professional human advice.
• Human Review Mandatory: You must evaluate all outputs for accuracy and appropriateness for your specific use case (including using human review and code compilation tests) before relying on or sharing it.
• Material Impact Restriction: You must not use any output relating to a person for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on them, such as making credit, educational, employment, housing, medical, or legal decisions.

You agree not to misuse our Services. For example, you may not:

• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code, system prompts, or underlying core architecture of GleqAI and its agents.
• Automatically or programmatically extract data or outputs using scraping tools without express authorization.
• Represent that an AI-generated output was entirely human-generated.
• Interfere with or bypass any rate limits, security mitigations, or safety protective measures put on our Services.
• Use GleqAI outputs to develop models or tools that directly compete with GleqAI.

By User: You are free to stop using our Services at any time.

By GleqAI: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, wipe your project history, or freeze remaining wallet credits if you breach these terms, if we must do so to comply with the law, or if your usage causes risk or financial/reputational harm to GleqAI Private Limited or its community.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device to improve website functionality and overall user experience on gleq.ai.

• Authentication: Keeping you logged in securely during your workspace sessions.
• Session Management: Retaining state synchronization across multiple AI agents.
• Analytics: Improving our interface routing and processing performance.
• Performance Optimization: Remembering workspace layout preferences.

Users may disable or manage cookies through their personal browser settings, though some critical platform features (like active wallet checkouts or project stream retrievals) may not function properly as a result.

These Terms & Conditions, along with your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in C50/584, OLD PLT 531, G.F, GANESH NGR-II, SHAKARPUR, East Delhi, Delhi, 110092, India.
